For Full - Time PhD students, an allowance of RM1800.00 will be given on a monthly basic.
Tuition fees may be waived for PhD students. Student will still have to pay for other fees such as health, library, laboratory and thesis evaluation.
Applicants must satisfy the following conditions :

Must be a UniMAP student who is currently undertaking a Full-Time course in UniMAP.
Does not receive any type financial aid/support/sponsordhip from any organization.
A Malaysian citizen below the age of 30 years old.
Obtain at least a Bachelor Degree of a Masters Degree with first class honours in an engineering major or equivalent from a university which is recognize by the government or an equivalent certification recognize by the university Senate.

Applicants may also apply together with the PhD Application Form
Subsidies will be given annually and will be base on the students academic achievements for not more than 3 years.
Student are required to present at least 5 research papers at prestigious conference (Cited by scorpus) or publish 3 research papers in conference journals or 2 conference journals (ISI-Index) or a combination of research papers in journal, conferences and other equivalent as requirement mentioned above.
After completion of the program (3 years GA duration) and able to obtain a PhD, student must serve 3 years as a lecturer or 1 year as a postdoc at UniMAP depending on the vacancies in the university.
For those who do not perform academically, those students may continue their PhD program but will not be appointed as a GA MyBrain15 for the following year although those students still have to serve in UniMAP after obtaining their PhD ;

As a Lecturer (depending on vacancies) for the same duration for someone who is appointed as a MyBrain GA.
As aPostdoc for 1 years or half of the duration of the appointed position (whichever one is shorter)

Student who fail or stopped the program or asked to stop the program must refund back the total sum of the financial aids received including the 5% administration cost.
Submit completed application form with relevant document to CGS.
