RESEARCH TRIANGLE PARK, NC—Sigma Xi, The Scientific Research Honor Society, is excited to announce the selection of two outstanding student members to attend the 73rd Lindau Nobel Laureate Meeting, dedicated to Physics. Katherine Kudla, a senior at Providence College, and Collins Edet, a graduate student at Universiti Malaysia Perlis (UniMAP), have been chosen to participate in this prestigious six-day event starting June 30 in Lindau, Germany.
Kudla and Edet will be part of the 2024 cohort of Young Scientists, representing a significant opportunity for emerging researchers to engage with Nobel Laureates and fellow young scientists from around the globe. As the inaugural Sigma Xi Lindau Meeting Fellows, they will embody the Society's commitment to fostering scientific collaboration and advancing research excellence.
