On December 4, 2024, the Centre for Graduate Studies (CGS) at Universiti Malaysia Perlis (UniMAP) had the honor of hosting a team of auditors for the Internal Audit of the MS ISO 9001:2015 quality management system. This comprehensive audit aimed to meticulously evaluate and ensure that CGS maintains its commitment to adhering to internationally recognized quality standards while continuously improving the efficiency and effectiveness of its operational processes. The visit was an essential part of the center’s ongoing efforts to uphold excellence in its services, identify key areas for improvement, and implement strategic enhancements to better meet the needs and expectations of postgraduate students, academic staff, and stakeholders. Through such initiatives, CGS reaffirms its dedication to fostering a culture of quality, innovation, and continuous improvement in its mission to achieve global recognition in postgraduate education.
