• Ensure that all new application forms will be processed within 3 months of acceptance.

• Organize an orientation briefing for new students twice every semester.

• Organize a Thesis Writing Workshop once every semester.

• Ensure that all viva-voce sessions are scheduled within 3 months of thesis submission

• Participate in one local postgraduate exhibition every semester and one international exhibition every year.(if budget permits)

• Organize a student conference once a year.
